Hi, I'm Kurt owner of Sunshine Land Sales.

We specialize in selling land at below-market prices, with financing to people who may not qualify for regular bank financing or may not have the funds to purchase the property outright.

Buying real estate has been in my bones since I was a child. My grandfather used to buy and sell land similar to what I am doing now, in the 70's and early ’80s. 

I used to see this as a child and was fascinated by it on multiple levels. I used to play on his properties. My siblings and cousins would build forts, run in the woods, hunt, and ride our motorcycles and ATVs on his properties. So it has had a huge impact on my life since I was young. We would spend our summers there.  

Now fast forward to more recent times, my wife and I have been buying real estate for the past 20 years. We purchase rental properties and land that we hold for investment until it increases in value. 

Over the last 4 years, we have started selling pieces of the land and making a bigger effort to find land at low prices that we could sell to help others own land just like we do. We just love owning it because of the great times we have had on it and the investment that it has made for us. 

The more we talk to people about land and search for land the more we love it and the more inexpensive land we are able to find, to buy and pass on to our customers. 

My intent as we have been building our land business up was that we build a business in the image of my grandfather, where you would buy land on a handshake in an old-fashioned manner but at low cost by keeping expenses to a minimum using the internet.  

We have had many people tell us how they are happy to be able to buy land since they were not aware that you could buy land without going to a bank and getting a mortgage.
